Your first week using AI in your business

You know you should be using AI. You also have twenty tabs of tools open and no idea where to start. Here is one week, one job a day.

The problem

Most owners do not skip AI because they doubt it. They skip it because there are a hundred tools, each wants a sign-up, and none of them says where to begin. The fix is to stop shopping and start with real work: one job a day for a week, then keep what saved you time.

Before Monday: fifteen minutes of setup

Create a free BizWax.Ai account and pick the $20-a-month plan, which covers every tool below. Then connect one AI provider account, which takes about five minutes with our guides. If you are unsure which provider to pick, start with one; you can add others later.

Five days, five jobs

  1. 1Monday, decide something. Take a question you have been putting off, like a price rise or a hire, and put it to AI Consensus. Five AI models answer, and you see where they agree and where they split.
  2. 2Tuesday, test an idea. Describe the new product or offer in a paragraph and run it through the MOAT Evaluator. You get a score on Margin, Operations, Advantage and market, and a plain verdict.
  3. 3Wednesday, make a week of content. Write one post about something that happened in your business, and let Repurposer rewrite it for five platforms.
  4. 4Thursday, sharpen the hook. Give Hook Lab your offer and pick the best of 20 scored headlines for your next email or ad.
  5. 5Friday, look back. Open your Library, where every result was saved, and note which of the four jobs saved you the most time. That is the one to do every week.

What to expect

Treat everything AI gives you as a strong first draft. Read it, change what does not sound like you, and check any fact before you publish it. The time you save is the blank page and the tenth rewrite, not the judgement, which stays yours.

On cost, the plan is $20 a month, and your AI provider bills you directly for what you use, at its own rates, with nothing added. Set a spending limit in the provider's console on day one, so the week can never cost more than you decided.

After week one

Keep the job that saved the most time and make it a weekly habit. Then add one more tool from the same plan when a new job comes up, whether that is a headshot, a finished ad or a written process for a new hire. One job at a time is how AI becomes part of the business instead of another tab you forgot about.
