Every style limit is tested
162 shape, eye, gradient and level combinations were rendered and fed to a deliberately strict decoder to find exactly where a code stops reading. The tool's limits come from those measurements.
Aggregates only
Nothing that identifies anyone
Scan counts, not people. No addresses stored, no cookies set, no visitor identifier — and so, deliberately, no “unique visitors” figure that the data could not honestly support.

- Do I need to reprint when the link changes?
- No — that is the whole point. The printed pattern encodes a fixed Bizwax link, and the destination behind it is a setting you edit. Every copy already printed follows along.
- Does it use AI, or cost credits?
- Neither. There is no model call anywhere in it, no provider key to add, and nothing is charged. The codes are drawn in your browser by a from-scratch implementation of the QR standard.
- Will a styled code still scan?
- The tool will not let you make one that does not. Every style option was rendered and fed to a deliberately strict decoder to find where it stops reading, and those measurements are what the limits are built from — a red warning blocks saving, an amber one is advice.
- What happens if I delete a code?
- Anything already printed stops working, permanently. Archiving is the safe option: it hides the code from your list while every printed copy keeps resolving, and you can restore it later.
- Where does my work go?
- Everything you generate is saved to your Library automatically, so it survives closing the tab. Library is available on Pro and Business plans. You choose what, if anything, to share to Creations.
