Bizwax.ai
Terms of Service
Effective date: July 24, 2026
Thank you for using Bizwax.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lucas Warner (the "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the Bizwax.ai platform. They govern your use of the Bizwax.ai website, applications, tool catalog, token system, and any related services (together, the "Services").
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Bizwax.ai is under active development. Features described in these Terms may be simulated, incomplete, or subject to change while the platform matures, and we call those cases out explicitly below.
1. What Bizwax.ai is
Bizwax.ai is a platform that brings AI tools together behind a single account. From one place you can browse a catalog of tools, launch them, manage your profile, and maintain a balance of tokens intended to power tool usage as the platform grows. Some tools in the catalog may be operated by us and others by third parties; tools may open in a new window or, in the future, run inside the platform.
2. Who can use Bizwax.ai
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
- If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- If you use the Services on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
3. Your account
You can register with an email address and password or through a supported sign-in provider such as Google. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or reclaim accounts that are inactive, impersonate others, or violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Access to the tools requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, as chosen at checkout — and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. This applies to subscription fees (including partial periods and unused time), renewals, and token purchases.
- You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- If a payment fails, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled, and access to the tools will stop until payment succeeds.
- We may change prices. A price change applies from your next renewal, and we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect — you can cancel before renewing if you do not accept it.
- Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
The no-refund policy above is our standard commercial term. It does not stop us choosing, entirely at our discretion and without setting any precedent, to credit tokens to an account — for example where our own error caused a failed generation. A goodwill credit of tokens is not a refund of money and carries no cash value.
5. Tokens and simulated purchases
Bizwax.ai includes a token system. Tokens are a platform feature used to meter access to tools and services as they come online.
- During the current development phase, token "purchases" are simulated. The checkout is clearly labeled as a mock purchase: no payment method is collected, no card is charged, and no money changes hands.
- Tokens are not money. They have no cash value, earn no interest, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or refunded for currency or anything else of value.
- Platform administrators may grant, adjust, remove, or reset token balances at any time, including to correct errors, respond to abuse, or reset test data during development.
- When real payments launch, additional or updated terms (including prices, billing, and refund rules) will be presented before you are charged anything. Until then, nothing on the platform creates a payment obligation.
- Promotional or administrative tokens are provided for free and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.
6. Using the Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms, the Usage Policies below, all applicable laws, and any additional rules or third-party terms that apply to a specific tool. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for every input you provide to, and every output you generate through, the Services.
7. Usage Policies — prohibited content and conduct
These Usage Policies define what is not allowed on Bizwax.ai. They apply to everything you do on the platform, including every input you submit to a tool and every output you generate, store, or share. We may update them as the platform and the law evolve. Violating them can result in content removal, loss of tokens, suspension or termination of your account, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
Illegal and dangerous activity. You may not use the Services to:
- Break the law, or plan, promote, facilitate, or carry out any illegal act.
- Create, upload, request, generate, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor. This is prohibited with zero tolerance. We remove such content, terminate the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement as required by law.
- Produce or facilitate sexual content involving minors in any form — whether real, fictional, drawn, cartoon, or AI-generated. There are no exceptions.
- Facilitate terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, or the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of any person.
- Develop, obtain, or provide instructions for weapons, explosives, or controlled substances intended to cause serious harm.
- Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, money laundering, or other financial crimes, or create malware, ransomware, or tools for gaining unauthorized access to systems or data.
Adult content and nudity. Bizwax.ai is not a platform for sexual or adult material. You may not use the Services to create, upload, store, request, generate, or share:
- Pornography or sexually explicit material, or nudity or partial nudity intended to be sexually gratifying or arousing.
- Content that depicts, describes, or simulates sexual acts, or that is designed for the purpose of sexual arousal.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or "deepfake" / AI-generated nudity or sexual imagery of a real, identifiable person without their consent.
- Solicitation, advertising, or facilitation of sexual services.
Limited non-sexual contexts — for example genuine medical, scientific, or educational material — may be allowed only where a specific tool expressly supports them and the content is not sexualized. When in doubt, treat such content as prohibited.
Hate, harassment, and violence. You may not use the Services to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, defame, or incite harm against any person or group.
- Promote hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic.
- Depict, glorify, or encourage self-harm, suicide, disordered eating, or gratuitously graphic violence or cruelty.
Deception, privacy, and platform abuse. You may not use the Services to:
- Impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where doing so is deceptive.
- Generate or spread disinformation, or content meant to deceive, defraud, or manipulate — including for political or electoral manipulation.
- Collect, expose, or misuse another person's private or personal information without a lawful basis and, where required, their consent.
- Present output as tailored professional advice from a licensed professional (for example medical, legal, or financial advice), or as a substitute for a qualified professional.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent our safety systems, content filters, rate limits, token metering, or access controls, including through "jailbreak" prompts.
- Access another user's account or data; probe, scan, or test the security of the platform without our written permission; interfere with or disrupt the Services (including by overloading or spamming); buy, sell, or transfer accounts or tokens; misrepresent simulated token purchases as real financial transactions; scrape or extract data except as we permit in writing; reverse engineer the Services except where the law allows despite this restriction; or remove or alter our branding, notices, or attributions.
Individual tools may impose additional restrictions or carry third-party terms; those apply alongside these Usage Policies when you use the relevant tool.
8. Content moderation and enforcement
To keep the platform safe and lawful, we may — but are not obligated to — review, screen, filter, moderate, or remove content, inputs, and outputs, using automated systems, human review, or both. We may act on suspected violations by removing content, limiting features, deducting or voiding tokens, and suspending or terminating accounts, with or without notice. We may preserve and disclose content and account information where we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with the law, enforce these Terms, or protect the safety of any person, and we report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and/or law enforcement. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, report it to lucaswarner111@gmail.com.
Automated screening. We operate our own automated content filter. Prompts and other inputs you send to a tool through Bizwax are screened before they are sent to any AI provider, and a request that appears to violate the Usage Policies above is refused — no output is generated and no tokens are charged for it. Requests that appear to sexualize a minor are refused outright, with no exception for fictional, artistic, research, or testing framing.
What the filter can and cannot do. It is a first line of defence, not a guarantee: it is designed to refuse clear violations while avoiding false positives on legitimate business, medical, and educational content, and it will not catch every violation. Passing the filter is not our approval of your request, and it does not make otherwise prohibited use permitted — you remain responsible for complying with the Usage Policies. Separately, where a tool calls an AI provider directly using an API key you supplied, that request does not pass through our systems and our filter cannot screen it; the Usage Policies still apply to it, along with the provider's own terms and safety systems.
If you believe your request was refused in error, contact us and tell us what you were trying to do. We would rather fix an over-broad filter than have you work around it.
9. Your content and AI output
You may provide content to the Services — for example a profile name, an avatar image, or, once tools are integrated, prompts and other inputs to AI tools ("Input"). Tools may generate content in response ("Output"). As between you and us, you retain ownership of your Input, and we assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in the Output generated for you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- You are responsible for your Input and for how you use Output, including making sure they do not violate any law or these Terms.
- You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services and to comply with the law.
- Community areas: if you share content to the Creations board, the forum, or other shared spaces (including prompts attached to your creations), that content becomes visible to other Bizwax.ai users. Only share what you have the right to share, and expect that others may read, learn from, and reuse the prompts you publish. We may remove community content that violates these Terms.
- Because of the nature of AI, Output may not be unique — similar or identical output may be generated for other users. We make no promise of exclusivity in Output.
- AI Output can be wrong, incomplete, or offensive despite best efforts. Output is not professional advice. Do not rely on Output as a sole source of truth or as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals (for example medical, legal, or financial advice), and review Output for accuracy before relying on it or sharing it.
10. Our intellectual property
The Services — including the Bizwax.ai name, logo, design, software, and content we created — belong to the Operator and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or software except the limited right to use the Services as intended. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
11. Copyright and DMCA policy
We respect intellectual-property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on Bizwax.ai (for example something shared to the Creations board or the forum) infringes your copyright, send us a notice that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed; (3) identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it (such as a link); (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Send copyright notices to lucaswarner111@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright / DMCA notice." We remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.
12. Third-party tools and services
The tool catalog may include or link to software and services operated by third parties, and the platform itself runs on third-party infrastructure (for example Google Firebase). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or actions. Your use of a third-party tool is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
13. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Services at any time and may request deletion of your account.
- We may suspend or terminate your access — including disabling your account or voiding token balances — if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or where required by law.
- Because the platform is in development, we may also modify, pause, or discontinue features (or the Services as a whole) at any time. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
- Upon termination, sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including content licenses, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR SIMULATED TOKEN BALANCES — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE (WHICH, WHILE PURCHASES ARE SIMULATED, MAY BE ZERO). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold the Operator harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
17. Changes to the Services and these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example when new features (such as real payments or embedded tools) launch. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as a notice on the platform or an email. The updated Terms take effect when posted unless stated otherwise, and your continued use of the Services after that means you accept them. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Services.
18. Export controls and sanctions
You may not use or export the Services in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive government sanctions, and that you are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree not to use the Services for any purpose prohibited by those laws.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator resides or is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
