Creating an account is free, so you can look around first. Running the tools takes one plan: $20 a month, or $200 a year, which covers every tool, including new ones as they launch. The AI itself runs on your own account with a provider such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, which bills you directly at its own rates. BizWax.Ai adds nothing on top of that, and you can set a spending limit with the provider.
Do I need technical skills to use it?
No. The tools ask plain questions and return finished results. There is one technical step, once: connecting an AI provider account by creating a key and pasting it in. It takes about five minutes, and our guides walk through each provider screen by screen.

Is my business data safe?
Your provider keys are encrypted before they are stored and never shown back in full. What you make is saved to your own Library, and you can export or permanently delete your account and its data whenever you want. What you type into a tool is sent to the AI provider you connected, under that provider's own data terms, so check them before sending anything confidential.
What will BizWax.Ai not do for me?
It will not find your customers or make your decisions. It gives you strong first drafts and outside opinions, and you still read them, change what does not sound like you and check facts before publishing. The tools are in beta, which means they work and are still being improved, and some tools run on some providers but not others, which each tool page lists.
What if I only need one tool?
Start with that one. Most owners have one job they dread each week, and one tool that removes it is worth the plan. The rest are there when the next job comes up, on the same account and the same bill, with everything kept in one Library.
