GoTime

You wrote the post. Now stop guessing when to publish it.
The post is written and sitting in a tab. Now comes the part nobody is confident about: hitting publish at 4pm your time, for an audience that is mostly three timezones away and half asleep. GoTime turns that guess into a light. Green means post, amber means warming up, red means wait, for every platform, in every timezone your audience actually lives in.
What it does
A live light per platform
Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads each show go, soon or wait for the time right now, so the decision takes a glance instead of a spreadsheet.
Up to six audience timezones at once
Every window is drawn in your audience's own local clock, not yours. You stop doing timezone arithmetic in your head at the exact moment you are least able to do it well.
A 24-hour heat strip
The whole day mapped per platform with a live marker for each zone, so you can see the second-best window when you have already missed the first.
Plan a day in advance
Lay out any weekday's best windows before you get there, which is what turns this from a thing you check into a thing you schedule against.
A holiday overlay
Switch on US, UK or Canada and the windows cool down for Thanksgiving and Christmas and lift for Black Friday and Valentine's, so you are not posting into an empty room or missing a full one.
A confidence badge on every platform
Each window says how well the sources agree, so you know which recommendations to lean on and which to treat as a starting point.
How a session goes
- 1
Pick the timezones your audience is actually in. Up to six.
- 2
Read the board. Every platform shows green, amber or red for right now, in each of those zones.
- 3
Open a platform's heat strip to see the rest of the day, and the next window if you have missed this one.
- 4
Switch on the holiday overlay for your region if quiet days and retail days move your numbers.
- 5
Use Plan a day to lay out a weekday in advance and schedule against it.
What people use it for
- The social manager running one brand across six platforms who is tired of publishing at whatever time the post happened to be finished
- The agency posting for clients whose audiences sit in different countries, where one schedule cannot be right for all of them
- The creator who wants their best work to land in the window it deserves rather than at 11pm on a Friday
- Anyone building a posting habit who needs to know which day and hour to defend in their calendar
No API key needed
GoTime calls no AI model, so there is no key to add and no credits to spend — it is included with your plan and costs the same however much you use it.
Questions
- Does this use my API key or my credits?
- Neither. GoTime calls no AI model at all, so there is nothing to key and nothing to meter. It is included with your plan, and checking it forty times a day costs exactly what checking it once costs.
- Where do the recommended times come from?
- They are a consolidated read of published 2024 and 2025 industry studies, including Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer and SocialPilot. Each platform carries a badge saying how closely those sources agree, because on some platforms they agree closely and on others they do not.
- Is this based on my own account's data?
- No, and it deliberately does not ask you to connect anything. There are no accounts to link, no permissions to grant and no analytics of yours being read. That also means these are population-level windows rather than your audience specifically: treat them as the strong starting point, then let your own numbers move them.
- Does it remember my setup?
- Yes. Your timezones, your mode and your holiday region are saved to your Bizwax account, so the board looks the way you left it on any device you sign in from.
