Soulprint
In betaProductivity
Stop re-introducing yourself to every AI.
Every new chat with an AI starts with the same paragraph about who you are, what you sell and how you like things written, and it still gets your voice wrong. Soulprint turns that into one Markdown file, built from your answers, your notes and your own website, that you paste into any AI's custom instructions once.
What it does
Personal or business
One file about you, or one about your company, each with its own short questionnaire and its own saved answers, so a consultant can keep both without mixing them up.
Reads your website for you
Add up to five site addresses and Bizwax reads the home page plus the pages that say who you are, like About, Services and Pricing. You see the facts it found and trim them before anything is written.
Uses what you already have
Add free-form notes and up to five files, such as a bio, brand guide or CV in text, Word or PowerPoint, so the file reflects the material you have already written.
Written to be read by an AI
Claude writes it in fixed sections (what you do, who you serve, your voice, do's and don'ts) and states only what your answers and pages support, so the AI you paste it into is not working from invented claims.
Copy, download, keep
Copy it or download the .md in one click. Every version is saved to your Library, so you can compare this quarter's file with last quarter's.
How a session goes
- 1
Choose Personal or Business.
- 2
Answer the fields you want to. Every one is optional.
- 3
Add notes, a few files and your website addresses.
- 4
Let it read your sites, then remove anything it got wrong.
- 5
Build the file, then paste it into your AI's custom instructions or system prompt.

What people use it for
- The consultant who pastes the same three paragraphs of background into ChatGPT at the start of every project
- The small business owner who wants AI-written posts to sound like the business instead of like a template
- The team lead handing new staff one file that tells their AI tools how the company talks
- The founder moving between ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini who wants all three to start from the same brief
Which key it uses
Soulprint calls Google Gemini or Anthropic. On a paid plan, add a key for any of them under Account → API keys and that provider bills you directly — no credits spent. Without a key, runs spend from your included plan credits instead, and you are told when that happens.
Questions
- Where do I put the file?
- Anywhere an AI lets you set standing instructions: custom instructions or a project in ChatGPT, a project or style in Claude, a Gem in Gemini, or the system prompt of any tool that has one.
- What happens to my files and website text?
- Your files are read in your browser and sent with that one build. Website pages are fetched by Bizwax for that one reading step. Neither is stored. Your questionnaire answers are saved to your Bizwax account so you can refine them later, and the finished file is saved to your Library.
- Can it read PDFs?
- Not yet. It reads text, Markdown, CSV, JSON, HTML, Word and PowerPoint files. For a PDF, copy its text into the notes box.
- Which websites can it read?
- Public sites, up to five at a time, and around six pages from each. Pages behind a login, and sites that block automated reading, come back empty, so check the facts it found before you build.
- Does this use my API key or my credits?
- Reading websites is one run on Google Gemini and building the file is one run on Anthropic's Claude, on your own keys or your plan's credits. Building without reading a site is one run.
- Where does my work go?
- Everything you make is saved to your Library automatically, so it survives closing the tab. You choose what, if anything, to share to Creations.
